One of the tastiest spring vegetables as we say it ourselves, the white asparagus! We love to be creative and bring together worldly cuisine. In this dish we combine the asparagus in a slightly different way than the classic one.

Our roots for cooking lie in the Spanish cuisine. Romesco is a sauce that we still like to work with and originates from Catalonia. It is a sauce with a full and fresh taste and goes with countless of dishes.

If you are going to make this dish as an appetizer, the recipe for the sauce might be a little too big. But don't worry, it is also delicious to eat the next day with a piece of toasted bread and a plate of roasted vegetables
